Can you say Epidural?! It will be your best friend and your delivery won't be like those crazy,1980 videos they make you watch. And I think its totally normal to panic after watching it. In the video my birthing class showed, after the mother delivered the placenta they put it in a bowl near her head ... all of us pregnant mom's panicked and that was the number 1 question ... Do we have to see the placenta?! You got this!!!
