Winter Baby Summers: Happy 5th Birthday Hannah!

Our sweet, funny, smart, vivacious princess Hannah is 5 years old! She loves all things sparkly, twirly and girly. She owns more princess costumes than regular dresses, and on most days you'll find her dressed fancy and ready for a dance party in the living room. She grew over 3.5 inches taller this year (she's 3 feet 7.5 inches) and weighs in at 47 pounds.

I can't even begin to express how incredibly proud I have been of her this past year as her little world, like ours, just came to a screeching halt. She just goes with the flow, and has adapted to so many changes, and through it all she has kept her happy, carefree spirit. She seriously wakes up every morning cheerful and energetic and ready to take on the day. She and I are two peas in a pod, especially after this year where we spent more time together than with anyone else. There is no one else I would have rather been with than my Hannah bug. She's the best company!

She hit several milestones this year like losing her first 2 teeth on the same day and getting a big girl bed. She also outgrew taking naps about halfway through the year. She got her room painted "Twirling Girl" purple, and she got a swing set and treehouse in the backyard.

Favorite activities include dancing, dressing up, playing Hannah's Simple Restaurant with Daddy, taking long "play baths", taking family walks to Adena Woods, making a zoo out of blocks with Daddy for all her animals, drawing, painting, crafting with Nana, Fridays at Nana & Do-Dads, swinging, baking treats, skyping with Kate and Luke, telling jokes that don't make sense but are hilarious, snuggling, dressing up in my clothes and jewelry and doing a fashion show, zooming on Wednesdays for her music lesson with Crosley, zooming on Sundays for Godly Play stories with Ms. Amanda and church friends, playing hide and seek, going to get breakfast with Daddy on Saturday mornings, playing with her jewelry making kit, and doing princess and fairy scenes with her reusable stickers

Favorite TV shows: Pinkalicious, If You Give A Mouse A Cookie, Bubble Guppies, Cat in the Hat, Wishenpoof, Sofia The First, Creative Galaxy, Wild Kratts

Favorite movies: The Grinch, Frozen, Frozen 2, All I Want for Christmas is You, all the Tinkerbell movies, Moana, Cinderella, Cinderella 2 & 3, Winnie the Pooh Springtime with Roo, Tangled (minus all the Mother Gothel parts), The Little Mermaid (minus all the Ursula parts)

Favorite iPad games: Osmo games, PBS kids games, ABC Mouse

Favorite songs: Bubble Guppie Bops soundtrack (and she's not wrong- they really are bops), At Last I See the Light from Tangled, the song during the credits of Tangled, the Sofia the First soundtrack, Nutcracker music

Favorite color: pink and purple

Favorite stuffed animal: Bart, Ted, Scruffy, Poly, Lila, Sophie bear

Favorite foods: strawberries, blueberries, cheese and crackers, chicken nuggets, strawberry lemonade from Wendy's, baked Lays, butter biscuits from Chick-fil-a, grilled cheese
