Happy Spring!

It's been a busy spring for us! We have loved the warmer weather and have been spending more time in the backyard! The last few weeks Hannah has been busy having lunch picnics on the deck, getting her nails painted in an Easter theme, eating lots (and I mean LOTS) of jelly beans, swinging, crafting with Nana, having zoom calls with Maw-Maw & Paw-Paw and telling them the funniest jokes! She has also recently discovered Legos and loves building houses and schools for all her Lego people. 

She also took it upon herself to plan another Daddy Daughter Dance since she loved the one we did in February so much. This time it was called the Spring Fling and she and Daddy got dressed up in their best pastel spring attire and had a fancy McDonald's dinner date followed by a dance party. They are the cutest together and I love them so much! 

In other news- I got my COVID shots this past month, and almost all of our extended family did too so we are just thrilled to get to see everyone in person soon without masks!! Wahooo!!

This past weekend we spent most of the day on Saturday in the yard weeding and mulching and enjoying our beautiful tulips. Hannah was a big help weeding and shoveling dirt, and her side project was putting dirt and rocks in a shoe box to make a nice home for a worm she found. (Worm has since been released back into the yard).  Happy Spring y'all!! :)
