We're making it through this looooooong winter. Spring can't come soon enough! After almost two years into the pandemic, Stephen got Covid at the hospital in January and was sick for 2 weeks. Then Hannah had some sniffly symptoms so we had to get her tested twice- she was thankfully negative and able to return to school the next day. Her schooling has been very sporadic so far in 2022 with 3 snow days now and several virtual learning days due to too many teachers out with Covid and winter weather (the first snow was fun... the 4th snow + sleet & ice- not so much. We're over it and to the point where we don't even play in it anymore.) Amidst all the craziness there have of course been some highlights- like dance parties and sing-alongs to the Encanto soundtrack. Hannah got a Mirabel dress for her birthday for the full effect :) I've actually enjoyed getting a peek at what her school day is like when she has a virtual learning day and I'm super impressed with her teacher somehow managing 24 kindergarteners on a zoom call. When there's no snow on the ground Hannah has enjoyed riding her scooter and she's getting much more confident on it. Now come on Spring!!!
