It was a quick turnaround on our guest room, as Oma and Opa came to visit us right on the heels of the Wheeler family visit! This was a middle of the week visit to spend extra time with Hannah while Stephen and I worked. They had a full agenda of baking, painting, a library visit, Kroger runs, neighborhood walks and a trip to Eckard's Orchard to pick blackberries and peaches. Hannah and Oma baked the most delicious lemon bars from scratch! They also did lots of reading and Oma gave Hannah a knitting lesson. Hannah especially enjoyed the neighborhood walks because she got to wear a pedometer that Oma and Opa brought for her.
In other news, Hannah and Stephen have recently started reading the 1st Harry Potter book together every night. We even went to a Harry Potter birthday event at the bookstore this past weekend. She has been very interested in Harry Potter since she played the HP Lego video game a while back, and since her big cousins are into Harry Potter (and her Dad) ;)
