Hannah had a wonderful Christmas weekend with her family, and best of all- we were ALL healthy!!! On Saturday we drove up to Northern Kentucky to have Mack Family Christmas. It was so much fun! I love that Hannah has gotten to see her cousins so often lately, and they wasted no time once they were reunited. The three of them played hard- mainly on the mattress Kate was sleeping on in the guest room, which they pretended was a beach and the carpet was the ocean. They jumped around and giggled and just had a ball. Cousins are the best! It was so special, because while those three cousins were having a blast, three older cousins were "reunited" as well-we set up a Skype date with my cousin Carina while we were all together! We got to see her adorable daughter who was celebrating her 1st birthday, and my Tante Maria and Tante Margit made an appearance too! It was wonderful to chat with them. Oma cooked a delicious dinner and afterwards we all split a huge chocolate Santa ;) The kids got lots of fun stuff for Christmas- the big hits were play-doh sets and a super cute custom-made Daniel Tiger hat that my mom made for Hannah.

The next day-Christmas Eve-Stephen, Hannah and I just spent together the three of us. It was such a nice relaxing day sandwiched between our two big family days. We went to church in the morning, and then just hung out at the house for the afternoon. It snowed a little bit which was cozy! Then we went to the Christmas Eve service at our church. Hannah got to sit with us and she was really good. Our big present to her was a kitchen set, which Stephen put together later that evening. She loved it, although her first response to seeing it on Christmas morning was "oh, a puppy!" because we had put her little puppy stuffed animal at the bottom where there was a little bowl of dog food. Haha! Silly Hannah!

On Christmas day we went to Frankfort for Summers Family Christmas! Hannah and Crosley had so much fun opening all their presents together! We had a delicious brunch, complete with Hannah singing Itsy, Bitsy Spider at the top of her lungs while we were all eating, haha! The big hit here was a Minnie Mouse watch from Nana and Do-Dad, (which Hannah slept in last night and is wearing to daycare today. She keeps saying "I'll always wear this watch.") She also loved the doctor's kit with the stethoscope "doctor necklace" and the bath crayons. It was such a wonderful Christmas- it's just so much more fun with kiddos under the Christmas tree!! :)
