Hannah's 2 years and 5 months old! In another month she'll be 2-and-a-half!! Crazy! She's just the best. She's had a growth spurt this month and some of the 2T stuff I bought her for the summer is already too small. She's developing her own little fashion sense and it's really fun. She loves accessories, especially bracelets and necklaces (wonder where she got that from, ha!) She always wants to wear my jewelry so the other day I wandered into Gymboree at the mall and found her the cutest little kid-sized necklace and bracelet. She has worn them every day since. She's a girly girl, that's for sure! We've also been experimenting with some new hairstyles :) She has enough hair finally to get two wispy pigtails made, and she always wants one pink ponytail holder and one purple one. She's got her own style man!
She's still into her rock collection, and Daniel Tiger and Minnie Mouse. Those things are pretty much constants in her life ;) She's been loving the pool and wearing her new big girl puddle jumper and spending some more time in the big pool with Daddy playing basketball. Potty training is going... slowly. We haven't really made a big push yet as she just doesn't seem quite ready. She sits on the potty at school some so that's helping. She asks to go to the potty at home too but has yet to actually go when we sit her down. We'll get there!
She's had a bit of separation anxiety from me lately and will sometime cry when I drop her off at school. I feel terrible, and then 10 minutes later her teacher will text me a picture of her being a total goof ball. Apparently she just likes to create some drama for me, haha! We love you SOOOO much Hannah bug!!!
Favorites: collecting rocks, playing basketball in the pool, reading Little Blue Truck and Dinosaur Dance before bed, playing with my necklaces, taking baths in our big garden tub and playing with the Little Mermaid, wearing her sandals, watering the flowers, picking up Charlotte's kibbles, playing with Adeline at school, M&M's, listening to "Alice the Camel" and "The Ants Go Marching", going on ice cream dates.
