Hannah is really a super fun person to be cooped up with and she continues to handle all this really well. She misses her friends and Nana & Do-Dad a lot but we're doing lots of FaceTime chats, and her class at school has started doing Zoom meetings every week so she gets to see them too.
The weather has improved greatly over the last few weeks and spring sprung nice and early in Kentucky this year with flowers blooming early and leaves on the trees in March! Hannah and I take Charlotte on a morning walk every day, and we've spent plenty of time outside in the yard, riding her Minnie car around, playing "Mother May I?" and "Red Light, Green Light", hide & seek, Easter egg hunts, and doing sidewalk chalk projects. It's been so nice to be able to get outside and enjoy the spring!!
We've spent lots of time inside too since I'm at my computer working for most of the day. Hannah has kept busy doing lots of art projects and activities like playing with the kinetic sandbox, practicing her letters and numbers on a dry erase workbook, playing dress-up, playing "Spot It" with Daddy, Zoom meetings with her class, dance parties with Daddy, painting a self portrait, doing puzzles, playing 'Memory Match', and dancing with ribbons along to Fancy Nancy episodes. She also loves playing educational games on the iPad like PBS kids games, and ABCya and ABC Mouse. We've also been doing Cosmic Kids Yoga to get some energy out, and watching some movies here and there. She loves to make popcorn and watch a Winnie The Pooh movie and she's been known to eat almost the entire bag of popcorn on her own!
A few weekends ago she helped Daddy paint her room. We covered the tan walls with Twirling Girl purple- the same lavender shade we painted her nursery at our old house. She also got a big girl bed last week (sniff sniff) so her room got a nice makeover since we're spending so much time at home right now! Love you Hannah bug! There's no one else I'd rather be cooped up with!! :)
