Girls Weekend 2017!!!... the first of many hopefully! When Aunt Jennifer heard that Stephen was going to be in New York for a few days, she came up with the brilliant idea to come visit me and Hannah with Kate for a fun-filled, girls-only, weekend! We had the best time and the weather was picture-perfect so we spent practically the whole day on Saturday outside. We started the day with a sugary breakfast, coloring, and a pink & red pedicure for Kate. Then we took a trip to the park, followed by lunch at McDonalds, naps, and then pool time!! We made a special allowance for Opa to make an appearance at our Girls Weekend, but not without Kate telling him that he couldn't talk because he was a boy! HAHAHA! She cracks me up y'all! Hannah and Kate were so sweet together. They love each other so much! Once the girls were in bed, Jennifer and I had some sister bonding time where we chatted about anything and everything. It was a wonderful weekend and such a special time for us girls!!
We ask Kate what y'all did and she told us, "Nothing" She did tell us that it was a girl's weekend and Opa was allowed. How funny she told him she couldn't talk, like most guys he was probably was cool with that. So glad y'all had some quality time together. Sister time is the best.
