Hannah's keeping busy so far this summer with plenty of pool time and splash pad/sprinkler time in our backyard. She is a totally different kid in the pool this summer as she can now officially touch in the shallow end. It's made her so much more confident. She is learning how to blow bubbles in the water, and loves going under water with her goggles on. I'm really proud of how brave she's been in the water!
When we're home during the week she still loves dressing up and her wardrobe basically consists of Disney Princess costumes. With the nicer weather, we've been having lunch picnics in her tree house and spend quite a bit of time in the backyard. A few weeks ago we discovered a bunny nest in our grass!! We had so much fun checking on them every day and we learned so much about bunnies in the process- like the mother bunny doesn't stay with the nest, she just comes to feed the baby bunnies in the early morning and in the evening. We were sad when they all left the nest but we still see them hopping around some and eating the clover in our yard.
In her spare time Hannah also loves playing the Harry Potter Legos video game with her Daddy, playing ABCMouse on the iPad, working puzzles, getting her nails painted, and crafting. The last picture below isn't a mistake- there was a random day a few weeks ago where it it was 50 something degrees so that's why she's in a fleece! We bundled up to go on a walk in our neighborhood and were excited to see the horses out. Hannah is looking forward to lots more pool time this summer, an outdoor art camp next week, and she is counting down the days to Kindergarten!
